Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

The location was great is so peaceful, a short walk from the streetcar stop, you are in the center in 15 minutes. Accommodation has a bar and small graden where you can have your drink or coffee. The hotel complies with European standards. We will definitely stay at the hotel again on our next visit.

During my 4 weeks spent in the USA, this was without a doubt, the best place I stayed in. For what you're paying you get so much in terms of free services such as breakfast, social events on the daily, and occasionally people just heading in giving everyone free wine and beer. The atmosphere was so incredibly wonderful, everyone says hello as you walk past. The hostel collectively comes together at night to hang out on the balcony and vibe. The place has a fantastic New Orleans design with the backyard and exterior painting, There is also a CAT and a spa, this joint has it all. The workers are super friendly and do really well in making you feel like you belong with everyone else. Social events like pub crawls and bike rides are held frequently and really entice you in joining in even if you're nervous. I can't honestly express how much I fell in love with this place, I never wanted to leave. WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK IN THE FUTURE.

    It was an excellent service. The location is so good; close to all the key areas in NOLA like the French Quarter. A very clean and serene place. I got the single room which was exceptional. Clean, spacious and so well maintained. The icing on the cake for me was the staff: they were friendly and gave recommendations on where to go and what to do in NOLA. Thanks HI NOLA! I’ll definitely be back.
