Alex is the BEST - he made everything a 5 stars VIP experience and beyond. Staff at front desk was also top notch. The Chef Lady from the restaurant came out to introduce herself and ask if I liked the meal she prepared - so genuinely kind of her to make that effort. Megan from the Starbucks downstairs is always so sweet, and the other girl working there just so full of kindness, that it gave everything a flavor of bright and warm place to be. Thank you for everyone for making an effort - someone noticed and appreciated :)

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, good breakfast. Great location and fairly quiet. We had an issue with a noise outside of our room all night, but it was extremely windy. At checkout, the staff were very apologetic and gave us a small discount as compensation. They did not need to do this and it was a nice gesture.

    I booked this hotel based on proximity to Snowbasin and the fact they had a hot tub. First, the staff were friendly and so helpful especially with dining choices. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was an added bonus and especially that it was a full breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next trip tp Snowbasin The location to Snowbasin was quick and easy
