    we liked everything! our room was comfy and clean. Location is great for exploring the beautiful area. Lila prepared fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. and above all...Lila and Barry, our hosts- friendly, helpful, intelligent. We enjoyed our long conversation with them. We will definitely stay here again if/when we will return Alaska. Thank you Lila and Barry (and the cute little name, sorry- I forgot her name)- we had a wonderful stay.

    The location is perfect for seeing Hatcher Pass, which is a don't miss. The breakfast was very tasty and very well presented. It was great to sit around the table for an hour during/after breakfast to chat with the other guests. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. In Palmer, this is the go to place to stay for a couple. By the way, the nearby pond is quite interesting to explore and the views are incredible.

    It is fun experience, great location for going next day for ATV trip to glacier. You are just on edge of river. The Yutta was super clean, nicely decorated. Great place to sit infront having fire erc. I liked as well the outside shower, was fun :)). BTW the owner was very very helpful and kind with helping me organise ATV experience as well during the crazy storm to accomodate me in camper and clamp it to car so it does not move ( that was very unusual storm for locals as well )

    The location was quite convenient, and very beautiful! Cheri had a fire going when we arrived and a s’mores kit. She had an enormous variety of snacks and breakfast treats available for us, far more than we could have imagined. The treehouse itself was so quaint and there were pretty decorative touches around the entire house. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. As far as making guests feel comfortable and cozy, Cheri knocked it out of the park!!
