We decided we would not stay for breakfast, the breakfast policy regulations were off-putting, why not just charge a couple of dollars extra and put on a very nice breakfast without restricting it to one of these or two of those. Seems very petty.

New studio rooms are very clean. Newly remodeled with flooring, furniture, paint, fixtures, etc. It still smelled like new paint, but not off putting. Location is right off 81 and close to VT. Breakfast looked good - continental style, and there were cookies available at check in. There is a mid-sized refrigarator and freezer in the room as well as microwave, small stove, sink, coffee maker. The hair dryer is from 1980 though, but worked.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is everything you could want in a Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was great, and the location was great. You can walk anywhere in Floyd from the hotel.

Next to Virginia Polytechnic Institute, this bed and breakfast features free Wi-Fi and individually decorated rooms that offer a work desk. Central Blacksburg is 2 blocks away.

Every single thing. The beds, sheets, quilts, coffee, coffee makers, size of room, cleanliness, bathroom, all the shampoos etc. it was amazing!!! Friendly staff. I can’t say enough. Best place I have ever stayed.
