United Arab EmiratesThis really is an excellent choice. Easily the best place to stay in Termez. The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it nestled in a neighborhood and gives you a sense of the traditional-Uzbek mahalla. It is easy and inexpensive to get a Yandex or taxi to the city center from the hotel.
