Stunning, it has an amazing foyer and staff were quick to welcome us and ensure we were informed about all the amenities. Even Tony the shuttle bus driver went out of his way to get us where we wanted to go.. loved being spoilt ❤️

Great location, many things accessible by foot. The staff definitely sets this hotel apart from other hotels offering similar prices. Every was clean and the ac worked well. Great complimentary breakfast. We loved our stay here!

Laura and her family are very nice, warm and helpful. They have maps ready for guests and lots of good advice and recommendations. We arrived early morning and got free breakfast - just beacause our room wasnt ready yet for early check-in

I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!

This is a relatively new hotel that opened a month or so ago, but it is just the best. Conveniently located, everything is within a 15-minute walk max! Kin and Mie were amazing hosts and made me feel super welcome, gave me some amazing advice on local restaurants, and what to do and booked my onward journey to Da nang. The photos are exactly as described and better. Just a comfortable stay, and if I'm back in Hue, it will be top of my list. Thank you :) PS - If you are nervous about sending out your laundry, dont be, such a great service, very affordable and made my sneakers absolutely shine.

Great host - room was super clean and comfy- got an Upgrade to the room with balcony. Private bathroom also very clean ! Close to walking street but still very quiet!

Such a nice couple running the place, very helpful, they gave us recommendations and we always ha a nice chit chat in the morning. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The Orchid Premium Hotel was lovely. Breakfasts were good and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool was very refreshing and the rooms were clean and roomy. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
