The place is very new and beautiful, the room is exactly like the picture, very comfortable, including a washing machine in the room. I rented a place to film my vlog, a place that looked very warm like my own home. The room lighting is very good and spacious, the video looks sparkling. Room decoration is also great. The swimming pool is clean. The gym looks luxurious and fully equipped. Perhaps this is the apartment I have rented the longest and most satisfied ever. I will definitely come back here.

Everything was very good! And an excellent bar to the next door was so stylish and with good vibe! A lot of beautiful places around (coffee, restaurants, ...). Near the road but almost no traffic on it.

Must've been the cleanest room in Vietnam for us. No mold, no dirt whatsoever and it even smelled really nice! We got new towels on request (you always have to ask) and communication was easy. The location is ok/good, you need to take a grab anyways to get around, or you can walk at 30°+ in the city for 15-20 minutes everywhere. Also there are dishes, kettle and small cooking area available!

Toan, the owner, is definitely one of the nicest person I’ve met during my 3 months in Vietnam. Nothing is too much to ask for. I stayed at T Zone Hostel twice. In between both stays I was able to leave my backpack at the hostel where it has been stored safely. I recommend booking tours with the hostel as they have good deals with the agencies. There’s a spacious locker above the bed to store your valuables. Every bed also has a power plug and reading light. The curtains give you total privacy. The hostel has a café downstairs with delicious coffee every morning to have a perfect start into the day. You can also order delicious & budget friendly food in the evening. Toan dropped me off at the bus station on the day of my departure which was really appreciated. He even called me back again once I was in the bus because I forgot something in my locker and offered to bring it to the bus station straight away. I’d definitely come back to this hostel if I come back to HCMC in the future. Hopefully Toan & his wife will have the rooftop by then ;-) All the best for your future my friend and take care!
