I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!

Nice hotel with great staff! Host was accommodating to us when we arrived a little later than plan and had to stay longer the next day, we really felt at home! Location is great as well, going-out street is right around the corner and you can be everywhere in the city in 10 mins with a grab.

I loved staying in Hue Ancient Town! The hosts Kim and Quai were so lovely and made me feel at home! The location is great, right in the heart of the center and the restaurants area. They made sure that they offer me only the best tour. The building itself is located in an tiny street so its quiet. In every second I felt very welcome. Cant wait to come back and I can totally recommend this place!
