Conveniently located near the train station: about 20 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly, arranged my trip to see Paradise Cave, an absolute must-see near Dong Hoi with hotel pick up. The room was spacious, the shower hot and the bed was so comfortable. Restaurants and a coffee café are nearby.

Wonderful with a great balcony with view ! I have nothing to say as everything was clean and pleasant ! Ive been in the caves tour they can book for you and it was amazing. I needed to wait after the tour for my train and they asked me if I wanted a shower before leaving. I highly recommend this place !

This was my favorite house during our 10-day trip. The place is incredibly spacious and airy. Although it’s located in a small alley and we had to park our car across the street, the breeze felt just like being by the sea. I made coffee and sat on the porch sofa—so relaxing and peaceful. The house also has a washing machine, which made it easy for us to do our laundry. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and electric shuttles are super cheap—only 5,000 to 10,000 VND per ride. I didn’t meet the host in person, but he was very nice and always replied quickly to my questions. I’d say the rental price is very reasonable considering the quality of the place.

    We stayed in Dong Hoi just to be picked up to see paradise caves so didn’t spend much time there. The hotel was very comfortable and the reception was open 24/7 which is great for people like us who travel in with a night train/bus. No matter when you turn up or check out someone will be there! The receptionist was really nice, caring all the way through even until we ordered our grab he came out to make sure it was the right ride! No bells and whistles about the room or location, it does what it needs to do for an overnight stay.

    The beds are amazing - coming from some days/ week of only hard beds we feel like on a cloud. The room is very spacious, as well the bathroom. The shower is great, all is clean. The location is very close to the train station (15 minutes walk) which was perfect for us. Winmart, a Café and some other food stalls are close by.

    The property was perfect. We hadn’t initially planned to stop in Dong Hoi but due to transport had to and we had a lovely stay. The location was great- very close to the train station and the staff made our stay very comfortable. We hired a bike for the day with no problem and they were extremely helpful. We asked to have a shower after check in due to a late night train and they were extremely accommodating.

    Allowed to check in very early after an overnight bus from Hanoi. Front of house staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent value for money. Very clean and a great location for the train station

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed and looked brand new. It was the perfect base for exploring both the Phong Nha National Park and the city. Additionally, the option to rent motorcycles and electric scooters on-site at an affordable price was a big plus!
