The hotel was very comfortable and the reception was open 24/7 which is great for people like us who travel in with a night train/bus. No matter when you turn up or check out someone will be there! The receptionist was really nice, caring all the way through even until we ordered our grab he came out to make sure it was the right ride! The room is very spacious, as well the bathroom. The shower is great, all is clean. The location is very close to the train station (15 minutes walk) which was perfect for us. We hadn’t initially planned to stop in Dong Hoi but due to transport had to and we had a lovely stay. The location was great- very close to the train station and the staff made our stay very comfortable. We hired a bike for the day with no problem and they were extremely helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed and looked brand new. It was the perfect base for exploring both the Phong Nha National Park and the city.
