My time on the cruise was REALLY GOOD! The staffs are nice, the food is great and the room is amazing. Thank you so much to your team for the room decoration request and suprise birthday. My partner was happy and I wasnt expecting the suprise gonna be that advance. I only ask for a slice of cake but they gave me WHOLE CAKE. lol I really love it.

I and my parents absolutely loved the luxurious experience on this cruise — a quiet, comfortable place that was perfect for rest and relaxation. Our room was spacious, with a bathtub facing the sea that offered a very chill vibe. The onboard spa was incredibly professional and high-quality; we had nothing but praise for the services here. Dinner was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious dishes and fresh seafood. Enjoying great food, live music, and the fresh sea breeze on the deck made them feel completely rejuvenated. The staff were not only attentive but also highly professional. Especially Trang, Ken and Suzi. Thank you Calista team, definitely recommend.

The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Absolutely everything! Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were super nice. In the same hotel there’s a perfect place for breakfast where they have both sourdough and rye bread, which is difficult to find anywhere else. They let us do a late checkout and accommodated us with everything we needed.

We booked the 1N/2D tour and everything was very well organized. The staff and the tour guide (Johny) were friendly, helpful and professional. The food was great and there were fun activities. Most importantly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely do it again!

    Location right across the road from Sunworld Park & cable car. Awesome views of Halong Bay and surrounding area. Bed was super comfortable, loved it. Breakfast included in deal was good. Bathtub with views overlooking the water and city views. The staff were fantastic to us, making us feel welcome. We only stayed one night though as on the move to Danang.
