Our trip on the cruise was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, and the service exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely attentive and always made sure we had the best experience possible. The food was absolutely exceptional—every meal was beautifully presented and delicious, offering a variety of flavors and dishes that impressed us every time. Additionally, our hotel room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we could ask for. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Luna, whose kindness and professionalism made our trip even more special. Her warm and caring attitude truly stood out and added a personal touch to our journey. I highly recommend this cruise without hesitation—it’s an experience you cannot miss. I had a short business trip in Ha Long and also took the opportunity to book 1 night on the Calista Cruise. I heard a lot of people reviewing how popular this place is, so I wanted to combine relaxation with my work trip this time. The cruise offers a very peaceful and airy space, perfect for online meetings. After working hours, I could relax by soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi, sipping on a cocktail, and watching the sunset. The room was clean, with a private balcony and a work desk (great for those who want privacy but still want to connect with nature). The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I will definitely choose this place for my next business trip.

Wow! We had the suite and it was wonderful. Very large beautifully furnished room, bathroom and large balcony with table chairs and 2 sun loungers. Windows galore to admire the stunning views. We did the 2 night option. The cruise is well organised with lots of enjoyable trips. Trips did not feel crowded or rushed. Staff are excellent. Food was very good with a buffet style breakfast and a set menu lunch and dinner. Staff issue menus in advance and are very willing to change items that you don't like with another option. Cocktail buy 2 get one free hour is lovely with well made cocktails from a wide selection. We would highly recommend this cruise. Fabulous!

    Location right across the road from Sunworld Park & cable car. Awesome views of Halong Bay and surrounding area. Bed was super comfortable, loved it. Breakfast included in deal was good. Bathtub with views overlooking the water and city views. The staff were fantastic to us, making us feel welcome. We only stayed one night though as on the move to Danang.
