The staff's attention was very good and attentive; they helped us with bus reservations, currency exchange, and getting a SIM card, which made the trip much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was much appreciated for sleeping. Good breakfast and a very good location—close to the center but not in the noisiest areas, making it more peaceful. They also give you recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Totally recommended.

The hotel really takes care of the guests needs. From the moment of arrival till the time when you have to leave the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic team with Mr Cuong ensuring everything is taken care of. Miss Lilly is fantastic in the customer service role with good support all round. The food was wonderful, with breakfast being a sumptuous buffet supplemented with an a la carte menu. The afternoon teas being an unexpected extra.

We stayed here for 1 nights. The hotel’s location is amazing for traveling. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. They booked a tour to Sapa for us, arranged a transfer to the airport after the tour. The room is quite small, but it has all the necessary amenities. We had breakfast included, and we liked it!

    Customer Service was fantastic, especially dealing with Thomas and Mark. The location was perfect, so central to everything. Rooms were very clean. Would have loved more storage space, but it didn't affect our stay. Highly recommend!

    The breakfast was reasonable given the low cost. They gave us a very basic packed meal when we had a early departure. The location is good within easy walking distance (if you don't count the crazy Hanoi traffic) from some of the main sites. Generally cheap and cheerful.
