First of all Bean is an exceptional host, very responsive and always helpful. Hostel is very chilled out with large common space with pool table, table football, swimming pool, board games, karaoke, etc. so you can do lot of activities with other fellow travellers. It is located in a very quiet location, away from all the street noise, so all you can hear are sounds of nature. They also cook in there whole day, I loved noodles with pork. But avoid burger, which was one of the worst I've had. I had a private room, which was very basic, practically just a mattress on the ground, but with private bathroom, so still very good deal for the price, and you usually spend all time in common space anyway :) Now, to take guided loop tour with this hostel was a great decision and I can't image doing it elsewhere. We were a small group, just 11 people and had a awesome time doing 4 days loop, so prepare yourself for a mind-blowing views and a lot of delicious food, karaoke and happy water :D

I liked everything about the place. It is new, clean, spacious, we stayed there one night and rented the motorbike for the Ha Giang loop from them. Lucifer is amazing, super nice and always willing to help. The BEST place we have stayed in Vietnam. 100% recommended.

New! Only opened just before Christmas, all the facilities and interior is still new. Understand there wasn't a lot of staff as it's still getting established. However, they made sure we had the best service possible.

I got a room on the fifth floor, which was very comfortable. Don't worry, there's an elevator. They have air conditioning that can heat (I emphasize - it can heat!! - it's February and at night it's around 8-10 degrees Celsius) and there are (openable) windows. There's a wardrobe for clothes, there's a shower with hot water, a clean toilet... I really had a perfect rest and it was quiet!!!

We stayed twice at Lazy Cat and had a wonderful experience. We felt at home thanks to Duy and his family’s hospitality. The room was very spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. They helped us organize transport to other towns and were always very responsive and eager to assist. The heart and soul of the house are the three beautiful cats, which make the stay feel even more homely. Duy also gave us excellent food recommendations—be sure to follow them! If I ever return to Ha Giang, I will definitely stay there again.

It is very safe here with a swimming pool and spa for guests. I felt very satisfied. The host also supported me throughout my 3-day, 2-night itinerary to explore the Dong Van stone plateau. Thank you very much Vietnamese friends

Had a nice stay at this hostel. There was a blackout when we arrived, but the staff gave us some lights to keep us comfortable. They also gave us a free lift to our bus pickup spot and a free coffee in the morning. Beds were comfy, room was spacious too. Great place.
