This is a brand new, modern hotel. It is situated on a small quiet street a few minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Its location is unbeatable. Easy and safe to walk around and to all sights of interest. The room is comfortable - big, spacious, impeccably clean and equiped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes, drinks, fruits to every taste and cuisine. I enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was very relaxing. The views from the breakfast room and from the rooftop bar over Hoan Kiem Lake are breathtaking. But the most precious possession of the hotel is its staff. All employees - from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, sky bar - do wonderful job. Their service is exceptional. They are extremely friendly, caring and polite. I am impressed by their hospitality and desire to be helpful. They are good professionals, always responsive to our questions. Le Premier Hotel and Rooftop Bar is an excellent choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a marvellous place and I will stay here if I visit Hanoi again.

Heaven in Hanoi! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at TrangTrang during our five night visit to Hanoi. The hotel is brand new, spotless and impeccably designed. Rooms are as comfy as can be, the bed was amazing, sheets and towels brand new and smart tv, air conditioning, huge tub. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Ciara was beyond sweet and helpful ensuring we knew where to eat and what to do We’ve been traveling for months and this is by far one of the best hotels we have found not just in Vietnam but beyond - highly recommend. Big thank you to the kind and caring TrangTrang staff for making our time in Hanoi so special!
