The location is superb, you are within 5mins of the city centre and the lake. The view from the room is magnificent. You can sit and relax at the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views and atmosphere in Sapa. The staff is so friendly and caring. The breakfast is nice and they have tasty noodles soup. And did I mentioned that the facilities are new? A great place for the price.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the room was super comfortable. At first, my room was facing a construction site, but when I mentioned it to the reception, they immediately changed it to a room with a much nicer view without charging me anything extra. The team was very friendly, helpful, and made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! 👌✨

Amazing property. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel. Staying at Sapa Warm Hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Sapa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with genuine warmth and hospitality. They even offered us the option for an early check-in so we could rest and freshen up — a small additional fee that was absolutely worth it. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, complete with toiletries, fresh towels, and bottled water. We were also lucky to be given a room with a scenic balcony view — the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was included and gave us a hearty start to our day. If I may suggest, adding a rice option to the breakfast menu would be perfect, especially for Asian travelers like myself who are used to having rice in the morning. We also requested a late check-out since our bus back to Hanoi was scheduled for 10 p.m., and the staff kindly accommodated our request. They even replaced our towels that same day — a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. While the hotel is situated a bit away from the town center, this turned out to be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet at night, away from the noise of busy streets. And if you do want to explore the town in the evening, it’s just a comfortable 10–15-minute walk.

    View was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5-10mins walk to Sapa Center. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided. As I came during raining season, the hotel even provides umbrella that you could borrow. Hotel breakfast is provided at the nearby Mam Restaurant, very convenient and with a great view too.

    Location was nice and close to Sapa station and also if you really wanted to a good distance to walk to Cat Cat village if you’re fit and up to it otherwise a short cheap ride on a grab. The hotel is on top of a massage and beauty salon so very convenient to walk down and get a massage at a discounted price. Very clean and cute asthetic. Staff is super helpful and even had someone stay to allow us to check in at 4am. Highly recommend if you’re after a cute, clean and affordable stay.
