Their staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Within walking distance to main street. Breakfast was yummy. The lady at the reception provided us with useful tips and places to visit and helped us arrange for a driver the whole day. We also managed to shower before our train ride, and some snacks and sandwiches were also given to us foc to eat on the train. Really first class service and a first class hotel.

Mr.Kim, the GM is very very helpful and assisted us in every way, even arranging the tickets for the Fansipan cable car. breakfast was very good, even better than many “international chains” in big cities.

It’s the same as what you see in the picture. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Although the location is a little bit far from the city center, it’s only a few minutes grab ride. The location was actually an advantage as it is quite at night in which you can really relax. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay.

    View was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5-10mins walk to Sapa Center. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided. As I came during raining season, the hotel even provides umbrella that you could borrow. Hotel breakfast is provided at the nearby Mam Restaurant, very convenient and with a great view too.

    The location is near.to the centre of the town..It was not busy and noisy as in the centre of the town..the staffs are very friendly.. The room is very clean and comfortable.. Its a new hotel and worth your money and experience..would highly recommend it..breakfast included..Just would recommend for some chicken and beef..thank for the lovely SAPA gift when we cheked out 😍🙏🏻❤

    Very new, modern and clena hostel ideal if you have to catch a bus in the morning. Otherwise I would advice to stay in some homestays a bit further out of town. Good central location and nice staff.

    Location was nice and close to Sapa station and also if you really wanted to a good distance to walk to Cat Cat village if you’re fit and up to it otherwise a short cheap ride on a grab. The hotel is on top of a massage and beauty salon so very convenient to walk down and get a massage at a discounted price. Very clean and cute asthetic. Staff is super helpful and even had someone stay to allow us to check in at 4am. Highly recommend if you’re after a cute, clean and affordable stay.
