That was the best hotel on our 4 week trip to Vietnam. Everything was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the staff was exceptionally forthcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam with a wide variety of both western and vietnamese dishes to choose from.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing iced tea and cold towels, setting the tone for a delightful stay. Despite arriving early, the staff graciously accommodated us, allowing us to store our luggage and enjoy the sumptuous breakfast buffet while our room was prepared. Throughout our stay, the staff exemplified kindness, politeness, and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with daily room service replenishing essentials and restocking the mini-bar. Despite non-soundproof walls, the serene atmosphere of the retreat remained undisturbed, thanks to its secluded location away from busy streets. Transportation to the city or beach was convenient with regular shuttle services, bike rentals, and the option for faster travel via third-party motorcycle rentals or ride-hailing services. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of local and international dishes, complemented by freshly prepared meals by a skilled chef. Lunch and dinner, featuring exquisite Vietnamese cuisine, further delighted our taste buds. The retreat's commitment to cleanliness and pristine surroundings was evident throughout our stay, truly making it a slice of heaven on earth.

One of the best hotels during our 5 week tour. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and of exceptional quality. Breakfast was abundant and beautifully presented. One of the best stays in our travel history! The hotel owners were incredibly helpful, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our visit. This hotel located in the center of the Hoi An ancient town. just walking distance Hoi River where the lantern festival is held. The river is even more beautiful at night with the magical light of the lantern on the water The room was very clean and I booked a room with a balcony and street view. The male and female receptionists, if I'm not mistaken their names are Pi and Mi (sorry if I mispronounced your names) were very helpful and friendly. Once I arrived, they gave me a map of the hotel including the facilities and also some recommendations about where to eat and what to see around town. breakfast is served at a small dining table next to the reservation desk and the food was ok
