We are so grateful to meet Nevil and his boss. Even before our arrival, Nevil contacted us and helped organize everything perfectly. When we arrived early in the morning, he immediately provided us with a comfortable room and even offered us a free breakfast. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather (a typhoon), we had to leave the island without spending the night we had booked. Nevil and his boss went above and beyond: they arranged free cancellation for our room, personally helped us manage the situation, and even organized a taxi back to Hanoi. On top of that, they offered us coffee and beer to make everything easier and more pleasant. We are truly thankful to have met such kind and generous people.

I am truly impressed with the service quality at Sea Dragon Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, offering a very airy and comfortable atmosphere. The view from the window facing the sea provides a relaxing and peaceful feeling. The hotel staff is very professional, friendly, and always ready to assist me with any issues. This made me feel at home. Additionally, the hotel is located in a prime area, close to the beach and various entertainment and dining spots, making it very convenient for travel and exploration. This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I am completely satisfied and will definitely return on my next trip. I hope this review is helpful!

What was not to like, good location although suggest scooter is a must, they hire them for less than 100k VND. The place is very clean, Can on reception who manages the place with his mum are awesome, friendly and super helpful. You do need google translate but they use it very well. Breakfast is basic but more than enough and for the price is amazing. Am sure if I asked for anything they would have sorted it but we just went with the flow. Cannot recommend this place enough , hot water , firm but comfortable bed with quiet aircon and or fan. Nice pool area and free pool and table tennis. Easy to get around island on scooters from here.

Perfectly located in the rural hillsides away from the noise and chaos of Cat Ba town. Though you’re not in the middle of town, they offer scooter rental at a very good rate- meaning you can easily access the town, the beaches and national park. This place is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to cater for every guests wants and needs. They helped us book our travel arrangements for afterwards and readily gave a lot of advice about what to do in Cat Ba, what operators to use, how to get around etc - they are really kind and generous with their time and it makes for a very enriching experience. The rooms and overall site are designed tastefully and stylishly. It is THE place to stay in Cat Ba we believe - truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had.
