Wow! What a place! The location is phenomenal in the heart of the Cederberg Mountains. The chalets are beautifully situated in the valley, with privacy and views that make the very best of the landscape. And oh my the hot tub! The houses are very well equipped with everything you need for a self sufficient stay - or for you to benefit from the tasty braai boxes available. The service and staff are incredible, with attentive and flexible support, helpful information, and knowledgeable and very professional guides for the activities on offer. If you can, stay at Mount Ceder!

Beautiful little gem in Cederberg. The unit was clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. Showers were amazing. Modern with a big showerhead. Borehole water was so soft on your skin. Drinking water out of a tap was amazing, crystal clear water. The outdoor tub is a plus, especially at night, as the stars are exquisite. The waterfall trail is a must.

    The setting/location is superb - beautiful sunsets to watch from the hot tub on the veranda with a transition to a clear starry night. Grounds are great: we did walks to a waterfall & viewpoint, kayaking down the river, bicycling on the trails, etc.

    The location is beyond amazing! It is one of the most fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, crockery and cutlery we have ever come across. There was enough wood left to last a week, even though we only stayed for two days. Simon was very communicative about the keys, WiFi, things to do etc. I can highly highly recommend this cottage. The Wifi is very good and fast.

    Excellent location. Most spectecular views of the mountains and sun rises and sun sets. really enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs under the stars. It is a must do experience for young and old.
