The cottage is in a beautiful clearing where vervet monkeys play and you can hear the trickling of a stream. The hosts were really friendly and communicative, it was really easy to get the keys. We'd recommend as a sober between jo'burg and kruger or as a destination in itself.

We stayed at Laguna Lodge for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Gerda is an exceptional host, providing invaluable tips and recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing. Upon our arrival, she had already reserved a dinner table for us at a lovely restaurant. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully appointed with carefully considered details. Beautiful, clean & spacious property. Decorated immaculately Victorian style. The garden and greenery around the house is tended to by Gustav. Gustav waited at the property for us to come at 8pm, showed us around & made us feel so welcomed. Annette took care of us the next morning. They made us feel like Westlodge was our own home. Even the cat was friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

The owner as well as the stuff are amazing in their services to us, The food was really delicious and the room was very nice and comfortable to our needs, I strongly recommend that you come here as it also based in the town centre insuring that you enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.
