This lodge is in an excellent position for easy access to gameviewing and Pilansberg, we had an open game viewer and very knowledgeable, friendly guide at our disposal. The lodge itself exceeded our expectations, it's tastefully furnished and unbelievably well equipped.

    The location was excellent. The lodge was amazing with every facility imaginable, especially the game drives that were included. Owen our personal guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the plants and animals which made it exciting and very interesting.

    Makanyane lodge was phenomenal in every aspect and exceeded our expectations. The location and views from the house, the home itself is set up very well set up for entertainment for a family (fully equipped, fire pit etc.), the staff is excellent (very friendly and always helpful), access to game drives great. The lodge is also very spacious and very clean/organised. Really an excellent getaway to the bush.
