Tanya was friendly and replied to messages quickly. The place was clean, and the small touches (attention to detail) of welcome chocolates and a variety of tea/coffee to choose from were very sweet. The pictures on the website were exactly what the place looked like. I've stayed in numerous accommodations, and the pictures were not the case when we arrived, but Brizzly's was.
