Out from from London on holiday we found Ripple in Time the perfect location and very peaceful. Extremely comfortable king size bed in main bedroom and we loved the en suite. Fully equipped, perfectly decorated and pristine as per the pictures. Beautiful gardens, lovely large swimming pool, bbq facilities and tennis courts.

I liked that the shops were in walking distance and the beach was right across the road and very close to the airport. The convenience is so much appreciated when you are new to Durban and have kids. There was also a Braai area and swimming pools in the complex. The security was top notch, so we definitely felt very safe. The place was very clean and modern and very well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay.

    It was a reasonably cheap place just for 2x nights. If one is looking to stay longer on a cheap budget and close to the beach and amenities, it's ideal. I was dubious about staying in a flat re the noise from the pub and other people living above and besides you, but I was surprised. The noise was not bad at all. I slept pretty well. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The pool area was lovely and big.
