I cannot recommend this hotel more. We stayed here with two young children. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Biggie took us everywhere we wanted, helping with car seats and little ones. Kingsley made sure we had delicious food and drinks and chatted and played with our little one and Natasha was able to answer all of our questions and give advice for trips given our family set up. My husband had his birthday whilst we were at the hotel and the staff made a big fuss with a cake and traditional songs. An incredible, safe and lovely place to be

Room 1 was so beautiful (local touch, comfortable bed and good shower) It was the 40th birthday of my girlfriend. She was celebrated by the Lodge to the best with gifts and chocolate cake. The owner and the staff are really welcoming and supportive. They know all the activities in Zambia and beyond. They organize trips with professionalism with Off Road Safaris. The neighborhood was peaceful, our beds comfortable and linen clean. We had hot water for showering. The house is spacious enough for a large family and outside veranda for a braai. There were mosquito netting at all the beds and there are aircons in all the rooms.

Experiencing the village life was a bonus. In our room i didn't expect running water as i thought they still struggle with water. We did self catering. Dinner time we ate together with the host family traditional food. We had a lovely stay. The guest house is next to main road so you wont get lost.

    The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, the pool area is really lovely.the location is right in town and very convenient. The staff service was exceptional very friendly and efficient. Would like to make special mention of Alex at the reception his attention to detail was superb. My family loved everything about their stay. They even followed up on us 4hours before we arrived just to check if we would need a pickup.

    Victoria Falls Waterfront was exactly what I needed for my stopover in Livingstone, a friendly, clean, safe, quiet and lovely spot that met my budget needs, something that is very hard to do with some very overpriced hotels in Livingstone. The location on the river is stunning and the tented camps are comfortable, clean and close to warm hot showers and clean ablutions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and organised me affordable taxis/transfers to the falls.

    Excellent location. Great bar and restaraunt overlooking the river. Good food, friendly staff and some fantastic trips which can be arranged via the hotel booking office. Highly recommend the microlight flight, steam train dinner and Elephant Cafe. We also did a super mini safari at the David Livingstone park and a sunset cruise. There are packages on offer for booking combination trips which can be cheaper than doing individual bookings. Oh and of course don’t forget a trip to the falls!

    The location was great. Right on the Zambezi with a fantastic view. The restaurant had really great food and drinks and the staff were super helpful. We stayed in a tent which was very clean with comfy beds and it was a great place to relax by the pool.

    Great value for money. I had a couple of extra nights at Victoria Falls before I could catch my flight. I was looking gor an affordable place close to the nature to enjoy the Zambezi river. This place ticked all the boxes. The tent was very comfy, the vibe was friendly and toilets and showers were very clean. The staff was helpful and forthcoming and the food was tasty.

    Location is amazing - the bar/eatery overlooks the Zambezi and is a truely stunning location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It had the friendly air of a campsite which helped to negate the no-frills approach. It's a solid basic affordable option in Livingstone.
