Arriving we met a very humble, happy lady by the name Susan. She introduced herself and confidently showed us around. For the money we had paid I expected a semi comfortable booking to my amazement from entrance we were welcomed buy a cosy settee in the lounge which was completed by a 65-75 inch smart TV with WiFi and movies, You Tube it made me feel at home. The kitchen furnished with all modern appliances. The house is eco-friendly powered by Solar and a geezer. Water supply is from borehole . Thanx Indy for such an investment in people and the environment. We didn't have to worry about ZINWA disruption of water supply or ZESA I don't know what it's called these days.

A magical getaway! The atmosphere is tranquil, interiors elegant and homely, and the team is so warm and welcoming. This was such a peaceful haven and the grounds are so green and beautiful! I loved every minute of my time. All the staff are so lovely! I hope to be back again soon!

The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.     Very clean facility, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location is right next to a highway so you hear traffic through the night- did not bother me, but this may be useful to know to others. The shower is the best part of the room- hot and amazon like. No breakfast was provided. Located on the edge of the city centre and on top of a fast food restaurant.
