Set right in the heart of Escaldes, this modern hotel is located just 150 metres from Andorra's pedestrian shopping area, the town’s famous Caldea spa and from the new spa centre Inúu. It is conveniently located to access all Andorra’s ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered throughout and free ski storage is available in the hotel's reception. Great location, helpful staff, rooms very well appointed. Bed was comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast, which was also nice with plenty of choice.

The hotel is just 15 km from Andorra La Vella, and there is free on-site parking. The Ordino-Arcalís ski station is just over 4 km away. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Not 4,8 or 4,9 - straight 5. And the reason for that is because Blackpine delivers what you cannot get in most luxury hotels - a PERSONALIZED luxury experience. It is really about their team's attention to you as a valued customer: they will try to help with everything starting from your arrival, to giving advices on visiting different places within and out of the city, and up till it is time to leave (special thanks to Taras). Rooms are great: very clean (almost to an extreme level), cleverly designed and offering good amenities. Very good breakfast. I am not a fan of valet parking, but the one offered by the hotel (25EUR per night) was absolutely fine and no troubles at all. We definitely will be back!

Excellent location for ski holidays. Fantastic, well thought apparent with everything you need for family stay. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave lots of great advice on local area.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
