Located in the centre of Innsbruck, H5 Grauer Bär Studios & More is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Well situated in the Pradl district of Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment is set 1.3 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, 1.1 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 1.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum. The property is around 1.3 km from Golden Roof, 3.5 km from Ambras Castle and 39 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

The rooms feature a flat-screen TV and pay-per-view channels, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, wooden floors, and a bathroom. Some also have a balcony. One of the best hotels I stayed. The atmosphere 👌 😍, a unique hotel. The staff was so helpful, prosecco at the reception and in the room. We were travelling with 2 kids, had the room with the garden entrance. Even the room is supposed to fit 3 persons, I can say it fits 4 adults. Slept myself on the sofa, as kids occupied the bed, it was the best sofa I ever slept on. Would stay again when next time in Innsbruck.

A relaxing property in a lovely spot with great views. Rooms very clean with all amenities . The dinner and breakfast were excellent with selection from a menu the night before. The balcony is great for evening dinner and would be in the warmer months for breakfast. Off road parking for our motorbike and we had everything we needed. It was also easy to find with our GPS. Wished we had stayed longer - maybe next time !
