Very comfortable room, great beds, classy interior. Enjoyed the lighting in the room, high ceilings, facilities and and lots of light. The spa was a nice bonus, all very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a city view. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They held our bag while we explored the city and provided several maps and recommendations. There is a bar within the hotel open until 11pm, however, we did not utilize it, but it is a plus! The room was spotless; they even provided slippers and a water bottle.

Featuring a shower cabin, the private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. All rooms offer a river view. It was very well located and warm, the breakfasts were great and I also liked being greeted by ducks and coots outside my porthole window.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. From this excellent location, guests can easily walk to all the main attractions such as St. Nicholas Church or Post Plaza Shopping Centre. Situated in a residential area in Ghent, this hotel benefits from a convenient location a 2-minute walk from Saint Peter's Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the historical centre. Hotel Chamade offers a bar and free Wi-Fi access. Everything! Close to the train station and the museums at citadel Park. I walked to the old town and it only took about 20 or 25 minutes. I felt very safe everywhere. They stored my luggage after I checked out, which was wonderful. It was great that they had free water, coffee, and tea in the lobby every day.
