This property offers access to a patio, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The pool features a fence and pool views. Cathy and Dan went out of their way to make me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much to ask especially given my dietary requests. Such wonderful hosts and a beautiful bnb too.

We only stayed one night, our last night. Location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport. The area was quiet, supermarket very close. The owners are still renovating / upgrading parts of the building - but what they have done is to an excellent standard. Our room and outside area was great ... so much so that we decided to stay in, do a cook up and watch a movie (Netflix was a nice bonus) rather than hunt out a restaurant. After 3 weeks of travel it felt like a little oasis. The owners have renovated to a high standard - great kitchen / bathroom, AC throughout. A comfortable night ahead of a long journey

From the moment I arrived Christine made me feel so welcome. She had a list of things to do, where to eat and party. I just loved all the personal touches with flowers on the bed, wrapped in the towels and in a vase. Everything has old world charm and my room was upstairs with a view of the Caribbean Sea and a lovely breeze drifting through the louvre windows. The position of the hotel is perfect to walk to night clubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the retail shopping strip. Yet is very quiet & comfortable. This hotel cares about the environment and it shows from very clear instructions with the linen to a water refill station at reception. All the staff are super friendly and everyone will go out of their way to make your stay so fabulous you will never want to leave! I wish to highly recommend the Hotel del Rio. 10 out of 10!

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

Certain units at the property include a balcony with a sea view. Tree Tops was in a quiet, beautiful location. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Audre was an incredible host. She made sure to assist with any thing you might need. She booked a snorkeling trip for us with a fantastic guide. Clean, comfortable, free bikes provided. We’d definitely come back!
