I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean! The location is great and is only about 10-15 minute drive from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a good variety! Most importantly, the staff here was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They helped us book everything from taxis to booking tickets to the park and local attractions! They were so friendly from beginning to end! The price to stay here is extremely reasonable for everything that you get! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

The location is great, it’s on a street with lots of shops, restaurants and stores, which is very convenient. The couple who owns the place, especially the wife, is very friendly and helpful. She explained the tour we booked really well and made sure we understood everything. Before our stay, she kept in touch and asked what time we’d arrive, giving us all the needed details. When we got there, she gave us a warm welcome. You can also see the cable cars passing above, which is a nice view. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay.

We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.
