For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Andrea was so helpful with everything we needed and even kept offering us tastes of Colombia. We had a lovely fish dinner as well as two lovely breakfasts. Chose the air con room and it was a great haven from the heat!

The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.

Amazingf place to chill in the nature, just 15 minuites uphill walk from the citycenter .
