Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

All rooms have a wonderful view of the city or the greenery. Irina, receptionist, took all my luggage in for me. She was very helpful and kind. The room was very spacious! Everything was clean. Free parking was a definite plus.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. A park with a colonnade and the Singing Fountain is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.
