Great hotel with great facilities that, unfortunately, we did not use. Pleasant hotel, close to the city center and airport. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. We used the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel and for 5$ from the hotel to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended

Located 3 minutes away from the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport and half a mile from Plaza del Sol, this hotel offers modern accommodation in the main commercial and financial area of Guayaquil. Situated within 3.7 km of Saint Francis Church and 4.3 km of Malecon 2000, Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Guayaquil. The property has lake and pool views, and is 600 metres from Santa Ana Park. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.
