The location was great for us: a bit off the beaten path but very close to the ferry to Finland and super close to a tram/bus stop, so it felt like we had lots of peace and privacy yet could get to the old city really fast. I warmly recommend this fantastic hotel.

The apartment has family rooms. It was a total surprise. Very clean and tidy. Proper de Longhi Coffee machine already filled with beans. Kitchen had all that was required to cook a meal if required. Public Transport was outside of our door to the Song Festival grounds. Tram to Baltic Market and Telliskivi was around the corner. Viru Keskus was one block up the road with a Rimi Supermarket and Shopping Centre with a Department store Chemist etc. Plus a Food Court if required. The Facilities in Bob W were fantastic. Laundry room available. Walking distance to the Old Town

In this place, you get the perks of a hotel but also feel homey and cozy with a fully equipped apartment (kitchen, washing machine..). Also nice location with a very nice hipster area close by, great bakery and coffee shop close by (Fika) and art center and restaurant (fotografiska) and only 20 minutes walk from the old town. We would definitely stay again.

I have to say I was impressed with quiet area location despite being 10min walking distance away from the city center. Breakfast was very good with wide choices and exceeded my expectations. Staff, room , cleanliness all was really good value for the money I pay. Plenty options to catch a lunch or dinner around the area. Also big supermarket 5min away in Stockman center. If I ever need trip to Tallinn again I’m definitely staying here.
