Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. Customer relations lady provided excellent service. She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

Their arrangement is so good, they checked the details with us before we had arrived, they drove us to the museum and also picked up, sent us to the restaurant to have dinner, arranged the car for us to another city etc. The service was good than we expected, they made us felt so warm.
