Their service was amazing as they responded to all our requests quickly and professionally. They took care of us as if we were family... We enjoyed our stay till the last minute! Food was okay, swimming pool was great, rooms were good, staff and service are exceptional.

When we returned, the room had been cleaned and tidied once again - which was a lovely surprise. When we needed to check out first thing the following morning, the staff team kindly still prepared breakfast and coffee for us to go and helped us with our bags once again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back. The best stay in Siwa!

I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and I had such a great and relaxing time. My bed was waiting for me after I arrived by night bus as well as breakfast on my first day. Abdu the camp owner is such a nice and helpful person. I also met Hakam who along with Abdu organised me a trip to the desert and sorted out multiple requests. My favorite part was the hot spring to relax in the morning or evening and the camp atmosphere where you can meet all the guests without having to share the room with.
