We went to some ala carte restaurants, some good some not. The main restaurant is ´Nora´. Great food, lots of choice and great service I am an enthusiastic chef, and Nora is my place if you want to try something new. The apartment was very good and Hamely took care of everything for us

Since our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ahmed, who handled the entire check-in process and perfectly explained everything about the hotel, making himself available for anything we might need. The hotel has a fantastic structure where you practically don’t need to leave if you don’t want to. It features a mini shopping area, taxi service, a tourism agency, a spa, and a private beach. The rooms are excellent, and housekeeping, led by Mustafa, took great care to keep them clean every day, as well as being very attentive, thank you to him as well. The entertainment service is fantastic, with daily activities encouraging guests to participate. Matéo is an amazing entertainer, and we had a lot of fun with him. If you stay here, know that food will never be an issue, as there’s an incredible variety and fresh ingredients available every day. The restaurant staff do an outstanding job, super organized and efficient, always cleaning and attentive to your needs at all times. At check-out, Kerolos and Mahmoud were very helpful and professional, allowing us to check out later, thank you very much. A negative point, which did not affect our stay, is the fact that taxis are expensive here, but from what we’ve seen, it’s a standard rate followed throughout the city, I would perhaps suggest moving the light switch on the headboard to the side, as during the night, the light might accidentally turn on when you move or when the pillow brushes against it, but again, this is nothing that would negatively impact our decision to choose this resort in the future.
