The location was convenient, allowing me to explore Ávila centre with ease, bus station in front of the building. The building itself felt secure with access codes everywhere and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

This, combined with the genuinely friendly service from all the staff and fabulous lunch and dinner menu, made this a very memorable stay indeed, and I can not recommend it more highly. 10/10

This was the best unit we had in our whole trip of 20 days. It was big and very comfortable. There are no windows in any walls, but something similar in the roof... that was a great surprise. The kitchen was very comfortable as we stayed a few days and after 15 days in Spain, my family wanted some home-cooked meals. The owner was very responsive and made the check-in process very seamless.

Nice combination of the old building and reformed interior. Comfortable beds. What stood out for us as well was the climate in the apartment. With the floor heating/cooling there was a very nice interior climate without the need of touching any button and without the air flows of an air conditioning.
