The staff were incredibly friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had any issues accessing the building. We also really appreciated their flexibility with checkout times, which allowed us to enjoy a bit more of the city and return to freshen up before heading to the airport. Highly recommended!

All the staffs were hospitable and agreeable, always showing politeness to the guests. The room condition was superb, surprisingly quite, and neat. Can’t miss the breakfast full of fresh fruit as well. My requests were sincerely heard and accepted thanks to such wonderful staffs. Although it was a short stay, this hotel escalated my impression of this city Granada making me feel to come back again.

The property doesn't look much from the outside but step through the main door and it's a little oasis of calm and comfort. I had a room on the top floor and it was lovely and large, with lots of light and fresh air. It had everything needed in the little kitchenette and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great value stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
