Set in Sierra Nevada National Park, Estrella de las Nieves offers fantastic views of the Barranco de Poqueira Gorge. It features an outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with private balconies. Breakfast though somewhat basic was a pleasant surprise, location was great and place was very clean. Good value.

From the moment you arrive you feel you are in a 'safe pair of hands'. This Hotel is central in Capileira just off one of the main squares. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Easy access to the public parking nearby and the local shops, while still quiet. When visiting this area we would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend it. A happy place.

The restaurant serves good quality food, and wireless internet is free of charge in the hotels public areas. Breakfast quality was very high, varied and plentiful with local food. We had 4 dinners - menu of the day - and they were exceptional. We did not expect it.

A recently renovated holiday home located in Órgiva, Embrujo Andaluz Complejo Rural Órgiva features a garden. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We went to Órgiva because of a cycling event in the area and to stay in Embrujo Andaluz Complejo was a good choice. Communication was easy and the welcome extensive. I got to hike Mulhacen which was basically why I was in Capiliera, but the town itself is pleasantly small and quiet. Several good places to eat/have a drink. Good Corvian for supplies.
