The location, in close proximity to bars and restaurants, was ideal. The apartment offered an exceptional view of Plaza Mayor, adorned with Christmas decorations. From our bedroom, stepping onto a small balcony allowed us to savor the enchanting Christmas lights, elevating the pleasure of our stay. We cherished the experience and eagerly anticipate a return visit.

Hotel Colón Plaza is an elegant hotel opposite Campo Grande Park in central Valladolid, 2 minutes’ walk from the high-speed train station. The Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral are a short walk away.

Hotel Colón Plaza is a charming hotel set in a 19th-century building. It is on one of the main avenues in the city, the Acera Recoletos. Easy 15 min walk from bus station, this Hotel was in a beautiful location facing the park and tree lined street. The room was a comfortable size with an enclosed balcony. The bathroom had glass walls but etching and a curtain for privacy. The overhead rain shower was great and the bathroom was spacious. Only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities to enjoy a morning coffee looking out at the lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hanging for clothes. It was close to many cafes and restaurants and walkable to the old part of the city and the beach area. The breakfast option looked amazing but we didn’t take it up. The little thank you gift of chocolates when we checked out was a lovely surprise.

The robes and slippers were so nice. The staff were very welcoming and excellent.

Great location, right in Plaza Mayor, doesn't get more central than that. Even being in such a central location we didn't hear any noise from the street which was exactly what we needed. The bed is large and comfortable and the AC was a blessing on such a warm day. You have a car parking close to the apartment as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to choose from. The room had all the amenities it described.
