The cottage is a 2 minute walk away from a beautiful vista over looking the bay of Tobermory. The owner Allison was very accommodating and friendly. Allison offered great local knowledge and fantastic suggestions on places to visit. The only possible drawback or challenge for some would be the steep hill leading to Kirk Cottage, especially if you're walking from the bus station to the B&B. Although it wasn't an issue for us, it could be a challenge those with some physical limitations. Tobermory is a must visit and Kirk Cottage is a great place to stay. Cheers!

Very clean, comfortable beds , warm, well stocked kitchen, good location, very roomy . 2 bathrooms was great, washing machine was a bonus, having onsite parking was great. It was a really nice apartment and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. Outside deck was nice but we didn’t get to use it because it was raining non stop.
