Something you don’t often see: since we arrived earlier than expected and our booked room wasn’t ready yet, Rania generously offered us an upgrade to a better room that was available at the time—just to make sure we were comfortable. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. Thank you for everything, Rania! We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to spend our time. Beds were so comfy and the shower was the best!!!!!

Upon our arrival, we missed the ferry to Mils and took a ferry to Scala instead. When we arrived at Scala, we were a bit lost. We sent a message to the hotel via Booking, and they immediately sent us a taxi. We highly recommend. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.
