The staff/owners are beyond friendly, they really try their everything to make you feel comfortable, communication workes really well. It was one of my nicest stays in Guatemala, if I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely stay here again!

Ask him about booking trips and activities since it was cheaper than online! The dorm room was simple but you had everything you needed and there is a plug at every bed which was amazing. It really was more like a homestead than a hostel/hotel which was really really nice and comforting and made everyone feel like at home!
