As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.
