The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, made reservations for us and provided us with good advice on what to do on the island.

We were greeted by Sara who made us feel at home and provided us with a lot of helpful information and recommendations for restaurants. The location is excellent, right in the center of town and close to everything. The facilities are newly renovated and the appointments and decorations were fresh and delightful. The coffee bar was the perfect place to get a start on the day and read my emails. Thank you, Simone & Sara!

Location is great, 5 min. walk from Carloforte centre. Apartment itself is in a quiet and nice place. No problem with car parking. The owner Francesca was super nice and very helpful. The room was convenient, cosy and spotless. Breakfast was also tasty ( fresh croissants from a local bakery ! ). The owner started her business only this year so everything is new and fresh. Wish her best luck !

The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the heart of Carloforte and the sea. We especially loved the lovely outdoor area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing after a day of adventures. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend Dimora Ferralasco to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience, combined with comfort and true Sardinian hospitality. The host was very lovely and extremely helpful! The property is closed to the city centre and has all the comfort you need when you are on holiday. I asked if breakfast would provide whole milk also for my little one and made sure I had the supply for the entire staying as well as providing yogurts for kids, juices ect. She would leave the kitchen area throughout the day so if you needed to use the fridge/freezer or get some fresh water there where not constrains. Our room was big and perfectly clean and tidied every day. We love it!! Thanks a lot again

Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities. The holiday home features family rooms. Lovely spacious apartment within a Villa, fully equipped and comfortable. 2 double beds and 2 baths with kitchen and sitting area. Terrace outside and BBQ area. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent being 300m from La Caletta beach (path can be tricky). Alberto and Elsa provided us with ample info to ensure a fabulous stay.
