We had wide choice of food to eat for breakfast and the service was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We felt like in a movie and we regretted a lot that we didn’t stay there for longer. The conditions were amazing, the surrounding was incredible, the birds chirping was waking us up in a most perfect way. I cannot add more to it. It’s all just an amazing experience to be there and surely we will come Back to this extraordinary place!!! Also it was a pleasure to meet the owner - Orlando was very helpful and told us the story of this castle. Thank you all for the most amazing two night we had with you!!!

She arranges self check in and check out with a fancy automated system. I really appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town!
