They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

The furnished garden includes a children’s playground. My daughter and I stayed in one of the new rooms in this lovely family hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is rightly famous for its quality and choice. I was concerned prior to arriving that it was next to the bus station but this proved to be a real benefit, the surrounding area was clean and quiet and the bus service to local hiking trails were effectively door to door. The owners and all the staff staff were charming and very helpful, especially Renate!
