Sad I didn’t have time to stay longer but will certainly book here again on my next visit.

Free WiFi is available throughout. Everything was great, clean, the smell in corridors and room were so great. Everybody so kind. Excellent location, good buffet breakfast. I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.
